How it works

PRE-REGISTRATION
The first step is to fill out the registration form for your non-profit organization to access the Charity Hero platform.

CREATING YOUR PROJECTS
After registration, our team will verify that your organization is registered as a non-profit. Next, we will contact you by email and invite you to fill out the form to submit your project(s) to the Charity Hero platform.

APPROVAL PROCESS
After receiving all the necessary data and answers to the questions, your project will be prepared for launch and placed on the Charity Hero platform.

COMMUNITY BUILDING AND FUNDRAISING
Once your project is placed and activated on the Charity Hero platform, you will be able to actively engage your community and use all the features of the platform to effectively raise funds and achieve your charitable goals.

Welcome to our Nonprofit Support Program
We are committed to working with organizations that contribute to the public good and have a clear charitable purpose. In order for us to list your organization on our platform, please review our basic requirements.

Official recognition
Your organization must be recognized by the local regulator in the country where you are registered as a charity or non-profit organization.

Non-profit activities
The organization must operate on a non-profit basis, meaning that its primary objectives should not be to make a profit.

Public benefit
Your activities must be aimed at achieving public good and improving the living conditions of people, animals or the environment.

Open accountability
We strive for open accountability and transparency in the management of our activities. Your organization must have mechanisms to report on the use of funds received and the achievement of its goals.

Verification
Charity Lab Foundation conducts a verification process for each organization listed on the Charity Hero platform. This ensures that they are operating their charitable activities in a transparent and accountable manner, and are registered with the local government.
